About Us

G. Thomas Green is President of Gremley Biedermann, a division of PLCS. Both entities are in the land surveying business in Chicago and greater Chicagoland area. Gremley Biedermann is well known and respected in the industry and have been in business since 1927.

Sharon Lynch has been in the real estate industry since 1993, is a broker at Century 21 Elm Realtors and actively serves on boards to help improve the communities she serves.

How We Met

Tom and Sharon met years ago while serving on the Construction Oversight Committee for the Frisbie Senior Center. As Tom likes to say, "my friend Jim asked me to help out for 6 months, it ended up being 2 years." I was on the Des Plaines Community Senior Center board and was asked to serve on the Frisbie Project. Tom will agree that it built character to complete the project but at the end of the day, Frisbie is a national model for senior care.

It would be a number of years before Tom and I reconnected and here we are now to share the good news with all of you.
